Biography

Principal Head Therapist, Charlotte Lee started her career in Beauty Therapy in August 2008 and then in 2009 secured herself an Apprenticeship within Finishing Touch Clinic in Co. Durham. Her personal high standards and passion for the industry were evident from the start and within 2 years, in 2011, Charlotte had won the title of Apprentice of the Year, coupled with a further award for Excellence in Beauty.

During her apprenticeship, she fell in love with dynamics of working with a passionate team and has worked in Finishing Touch Clinic ever since, working her way up to be Principal Head Therapist and now helping support new members of the team and now she is using her experience to inspire them to be the best they can be in standards, knowledge, and personal development.

Finishing Touch Clinic had also won Professional Beauty Large Salon of The Year in the year Charlotte embarked on her career and Charlotte has been instrumental in helping to secure the many awards that the salon has won over the years.
Charlotte has a never-ending determination to be as knowledgeable as possible, enabling her to be able to assist her clients and colleagues. Charlotte’s passion has driven her to complete continual extra training throughout the years, learning and mastering some of the most advanced treatments available.
She now specialises in Advanced Skin Techniques, Tailored Skin Care Programmes, Laser & Electrolysis Hair Removal as well as lesion removal with CryoPen.
Charlotte is passionate about providing the highest standard of services and care to all her clients. Her biggest constant highlight of her career is the relationship she has with her clients. Throughout the years she has been able to build up a loyal clientele and is now currently booked up solidly for at least three months in advance.
