What you will need to start your application in the first phase:

3 of your key performance numbers (AVERAGED out over the last 6 full weeks that you have worked)
HELPFUL TIP: It will unnecessarily delay and complicate your application if you guess these numbers, as it will NOT match the evidence which we will later request. So we urge you NOT to guess your numbers & only deal with your recorded key performance indicators.- The average number of customers you see per day
- The average number of those daily customers who buy retail from you
- The average number of those daily customers who are regular/repeat/returning customers
- Your own contact details
- Your credit/debit card ( your card will only be charged when or if your application is successful )
What you will need to complete your application in the second phase:
- Once you've qualified in phase 1, just log-in to your application and follow the instructions to fully complete it
- You will also need the contact details and permission (for us to contact them) from the 2 customers you have selected for testimonials
- And you will require the contact details and permission (for us to contact them) from your manager
