Performance Data - This includes data relating to the number of customers you see per day, the number who buy retail and the number that are repeat customers.
Financial Data - This includes data relating to your means and methods of payment, such as your payment card details. We do not keep a record of your credit card details used to pay for your application.
Technical Data - This includes more technical data that we may obtain when you make use of our website, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
Usage Data - This includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
Marketing Data - This includes your preferences in relation to whether or not you want to receive marketing from us and our third parties and also your communication preferences.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. OPTING INTO AND OUT OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH

We do not trade email lists with other organisations and businesses and will not share your information for promotional purposes.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR

By law we have to keep basic information about our customer’s applications (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Performance Data) for seven years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

TIME TO RESPOND

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

All prices shown on the website displays prices both excluding and including VAT at various points. There is always a clear display of the ultimate price including VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. 12. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and PHAB Standard Limited and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other Terms or Conditions of contract proposed.
